That’s why Nestlé started a series of knowledge-sharing talks and trainings to help employees stay on top of their ever-changing field. ICON worked hand-in-hand with our clients to research and develop all presentation content, and provided the marketing campaign to promote the events to employees.
We developed presentations around 4 key topics: Scrum Methodology, Design Thinking, Effective Brainstorming and Visual Note Taking. To maximize attendance, we created prize giveaways at the events, with branded prizes like premium coffee tumblers. Employees gained knowledge and exposure to valuable content in a relaxed and collaborative atmosphere, leading to strong attendance and positive feedback.
